First up - demo!

So…I’m not going to lie. Seeing the demo photos were quite hard to digest. Even though we are excited to move forward and it’s not like the cabin could be saved in any way, shape or form but I think it’s totally normal to say goodbye to a chapter (albeit short) in your lives.

Our sweet neighbours swung by to take some photos for us and it was quick shocking to see the empty land.

But once we took in the photos, we knew it meant things would be moving forward…..once the permits were approved. There is so much we are already learning in the construction process. We have always been interested and involved in real estate but we have never done a new construction. We love learning so we are now grateful to be thrown into this experience.

So now we are waiting on the septic permits and building permits then we are good to go with the foundation!!
