Where are the cabins located?

The Ash Collective cabins are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Georgia. La Cabin Noire & L’Alpine are located a 13 minute drive from downtown Blue Ridge and a 15 minute drive to Ellijay.

How many people do the cabins sleep?

La Cabin Noire was designed with families in mind. It sleeps 8 - Two king bedrooms and two small bunk rooms that sleep 2 in each room.

L’Alpine sleeps 4

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is 4pm

Check out is 11am

Are the cabins suitable for children?

La Cabin Noire was designed to be a family friendly cabin

L’Alpine is not suitable for children under 8 unless they are not mobile.

We provide pack-n-plays in each of the cabins for infants.

Are the cabins pet friendly?

No, we do not allow pets of any kind.

Where can we eat?

All the units have a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and cooktop. There are several amazing restaurants within 5-20 minutes. You can see some of our favorites in the guest manual.

Please note, the L’Alpine fridge is a mini fridge.

What size are the cabins?

L’Alpine is 850sqf

How is the WIFI?

We have exceptionally fast wifi with download speeds of up to 400 mbps and upload speeds of up to 100 mbps.

Work remotely? Yes! The inspiring views paired with lighting speed wifi make this the perfect place to do a zoom call with your boss :)

What is the best time to visit?

Any season! We have designed our cabins to be enjoyed year-round. Peak foliage is in late October to the beginning of November.  

How close are the units to each other?

We designed the units with privacy in mind. Whilst there are about 300ft from each other, they do not face each other. There are other cabins in the area but we are down a dead end road so it feels incredibly private.

Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for everyones enjoyment.

What is there to do in the area?

You will be spoiled for choice of things to do!

L'Alpine is located in Cherry Log Mountain community. There are trails and lakes throughout the community that can be accessed by walking down the roads. There is an abundance of wild life so keep a look out for Deer, Turkeys or Bear.

We would recommend downloading the Far Out App and get the Benton MacKaye trail off of it for hiking trails throughout the community. The Benton MacKaye is over 300 miles long! Then, from the privacy of the cabin and mountain community of Cherry Log, you can drive to Downtown Blue Ridge in just 6 miles. The popular apple festivities of Ellijay, Georgia can be reached in just twenty minutes.

Locally there is tubing, rafting, adventure parks, waterfalls, orchards, restaurants, boutique shopping, spa and vineyards, and family fun like a ride on the train or a visit to the Big Foot museum.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds after that.
